The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends, and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Rates

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's regulations

    -A deposit of 400€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

    Check-in: from 15:00 h – Check-out: until 12:00 h

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner and only for the day.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to sublet.

    -Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

    -Animals are accepted on request.

    If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Included in the rental price

    -Electricity, water, and gas consumption

    -If you are 10 people, 2 people will sleep on the sofas.

    -Marrakech Best Of service: we will accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

  • Services with participation

    -Cooker: 25€ per day from 9 am to 6 pm

    – Hammam: 30€ per use

    -Shopping is at the charge of the clients.

  • Cancellation policy

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The 40% booking deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days before the arrival date.
