A deposit is required, equivalent to one night’s stay (a cheque is accepted for Moroccans). It is also possible to deposit an identity document (identity card, driving licence or passport).
Arrival: 15:00 – Departure: 11:00.
If guests wish to leave after 11:00 a surcharge of €50 per hour will be charged. After 17:00 hours, the equivalent of one night will be charged.
-Guests are not allowed to enter the property. Only family members of the guests (with children) are allowed to enter the residence and only during the day. They must leave at night. They must leave their identity cards as a guarantee at the station.
-It is forbidden to listen to music in the garden (even with a portable speaker)
-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances onto the property.
-It is not allowed to smoke inside the villa.
-It is forbidden to organise events on the property.
-It is forbidden to organise parties in the property.
It is not allowed to sublet the property.
-Pets are not allowed.
-An employee of the property will always be present at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).
If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
