The Villa Pardes draws its style from a refined, modern architecture and a refined decoration. Six luxury suites are at your disposal for a dream stay, offering refinement and comfort. You can relax by the outdoor pool or enjoy the indoor pool located on the Spa level.
The Villa provides strictly kosher catering. In order to allow guests to enjoy shabbat and parties in privacy, the Villa also has its own synagogue that can accommodate up to 30 people.

Time to the city center: 25 minutes

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events: birthdays, EVJF, small weddings… (on request only)

  • Prices

    1500€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: the amount of one night (1500€) in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 12:00 (flexible)

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Small animals are accepted.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -Indoor heated pool and Hammam: 50€ per day

    -Spa: A la carte massages

    -4 extra beds: 100€ per bed per night.

    -The shopping is at the charge of the customers.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
