Villa Mounia welcomes you in the centre of Marrakech. You will be able to enjoy its swimming pool to refresh you during the day and its lit terrace in the evening. It is located in a secure residence. Villa Mounia is ideally located for those who want to enjoy the excitement of Marrakech while being in a modern and comfortable villa.

Time to the city centre: 5 minutes

The villa only accepts families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

    June: 400€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    – The remaining 60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    – After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    – The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    – If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    – We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's rules

    -A deposit of 500€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

    Check-in: 15:00 h – Check-out: 11:00 h

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property without the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -It is forbidden to organise parties.

    -No events may be held on the property.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

  • Cancellation conditions

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation
