-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

– The remaining 60% is to be paid on arrival by cash in euros or dirhams according to the exchange rate of the day.

– After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

– The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on site.

– If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

– We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

-A cash deposit of 340€ is required on arrival and will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no damage is found.

Check-in: from 15:00 h – Check-out: until 12:00 h

-It is forbidden to bring in guests without the owner’s agreement.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No events may be held without the owner’s permission.

-It is forbidden to sublet.

-Access to the kitchen is free.

-Animals are not allowed.

-The villa does not take care of the shopping.

-An employee of the property will always be on-site to guarantee the security of the villa in a separate area (security guard).

A contract may be required by the owner. It will therefore be signed on the arrival of the tenants.

If the conditions listed are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of concierge service: we accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Groceries

-Cook (9 am-9 pm): 30€ per day up to 8 people and 50€ from 9 to 12 people.

-Extra bed (up to 4): 30€ per extra bed

-All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

-The 40% booking deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
