From 3 January to 30 April and from 1 October to 30 November : 480€ per night (from Monday evening to Thursday morning) 600€ (from Thursday evening to Monday morning)

From 1 May to 30 September and from 1 December to 2 January : 600€ per night (from Monday evening to Thursday morning) 720€ (from Thursday evening to Monday morning)

-If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
We will check availability again with the owner.
We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

-You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

-50% to be paid on arrival by cash.

-After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

-The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

-If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

-We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

A deposit of 500€ is required, to be paid in cash on arrival and returned to the tenants at the end of their stay if no breakages are found.

Check-in: 3pm – Check-out: 11am

-Guests are not allowed to enter the property.

-It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

-No smoking inside the villa.

-Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

-It is forbidden to offer subletting.

-Shopping is at the tenant’s expense.

-Animals are accepted.

-An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

-Marrakech Best Of service: we will accompany you throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech.

-Possibility to put 3 extra beds with supplement.

-Cooker: 40€ per day from 8am to 4pm.

-Body scrub in addition to the hammam.

All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

– The 50% reservation deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date.

– The 50% booking deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date.
