Villa Leya is a new villa, located in Targa. Warm and modern, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of the villa in absolute calm. It is nicely decorated and equipped with a heated pool, a hammam, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room.

Time to the city center : 15 mn

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • Prices

    For the 4 suites:

    January/February/March: 420€ per night

    April/May: 500€ per night

    June/July/August: 600€ per night

    September: 520€ per night

    October/November/December: 420€ per night

    New Year’s Eve: 600€ per night

    This is the rate for 4 suites only.

    Supplement of €80 per additional suite in low season (year except French school holidays) and €120 in high season (French school holidays)

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: a passport of one of the tenants or 1000€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Check-in : 3:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property WITH the prior agreement of the owner and with a limited number.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs, alcohol, or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Smoking cigarettes inside the villa is prohibited.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason and until 10pm.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Shopping is the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Animals are not accepted.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Supplement of €80 per additional suite in low season (year except French school holidays) and €120 in high season (French school holidays)

    -A cook: 20€ per day, available until 7pm.

    -Heated swimming pool: 50€ per day.

    -Hammam: 50€ per 2h session.

    -Courier: 10€ per day only for extra shopping.

    -Shopping is at the charge of the clients.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.

    -The deposit is refunded only in case of closure of the borders.
