Villa Léna welcomes you for a stay synonymous with relaxation and pleasure. Its heated swimming pool will allow you to swim all year round. You will also benefit from a catering service at no extra cost, so you will only have to put your feet under the table.

The villa only accepts families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    We will then send you a request for payment by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival by cash.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include any optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's rules

    Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 11:00

    -Guests are not allowed to enter the property without prior consent of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is allowed.

    – Events and parties are allowed.

    Sub-letting is not permitted.

    -Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard)

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Cancellation conditions

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The 40% booking deposit is refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date.

    -The 40% booking deposit is not refunded if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date.
