    June, July, August and December 15 to January 1: €475 per night

    Rest of the year: 425€ per night

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We’ll check availability again with the owner.
    Then we’ll send you a payment request by e-mail with booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid in cash on arrival.

    -Once the deposit has been received, you will be put in touch with the owner, who will send you the location of the villa and who will be happy to help you with any special requests you may have concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 1000€ in cash in summer and the amount of one night’s stay in cash the rest of the year, which will be returned to the tenant at the end of the stay if no breakages are noted. In the event of breakage, the amount of the damage must be paid to the owner.

    Check-in : 14:00 – Check-out : 12:00

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the villa during the day without the owner’s prior consent.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -It is forbidden to organize parties or events.

    -It is forbidden to sublet the property.

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the tenant.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    If the conditions listed are not respected, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    All requests for changes and cancellations must be sent by email.

    -The booking deposit is not refunded in the event of cancellation.
