  • How to make a reservation

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your details via our booking form.
    We’ll check availability again with the owner.
    Then we’ll send you a payment request by e-mail with booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% to be paid on arrival in cash.

    -Once the deposit has been received, you will be put in touch with the owner, who will send you the location of the villa and who will be happy to help you with any special requests you may have concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 2000€ in cash, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no breakages are noted. In the event of breakage, the amount of the damage will be paid to the owner.

    Check-in: 15:00 – Check-out: 12:00 (flexible)

    -Guests may only enter the villa to spend the day, with the owner’s prior agreement.

    -No drugs or other illegal substances allowed on the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Parties and events may only be organized on request to the owner.

    -Subletting is not permitted.

    -Pets are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (security guard).

    If the conditions listed are not respected, tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.
