  • Prices

    3 rooms, 6 persons: 450€ per night

    4 rooms, 8 persons: 550€ per night

    In case you are 10 persons, 1 sofa bed and 1 inflatable bed will be available.

  • How to make a reservation

    If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.
    We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.

    -You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 40% by credit card.

    -60% remaining to be paid by transfer to the owner maximum 1 month before arrival at the villa.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 1000€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -Possibility to bring guests into the property to spend the day with the prior agreement of the owner.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -Parties are allowed upon request to the owner.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Groceries are the responsibility of the tenant.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Animals are not allowed.

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

    -Free return airport transportation (between 9am and 10pm), for up to 6 people

  • Services with participation

    -Cook in supplement: 30€ per day, available from 9h30 to 18h

    -The races are the responsibility of the customers.

    -Car with driver in supplement, the owner will communicate you the tariff.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation.
