Villa Ocre is located in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech, a few minutes from the city center and the most beautiful golf courses of the region. Surrounded by palm trees and mineral lands, the villa offers an ideal environment for a rejuvenating vacation.

The architecture of the house follows a contemporary design while using materials from Morocco.

Villa Ocre encourages a Slow Life tourism approach in harmony with nature and the rhythm of the country. The villa is perfect for a stay with family or friends and the house staff will be happy to welcome you and share with you the charm of Morocco.

Time to the city center: 20 minutes

The villa accepts only families, groups of women friends and couples. Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate.

The villa accepts small events: birthdays, EVJF, small weddings… (on request only)

  • Prices

    Privatization of 6 rooms (12 persons):

    July, August, November to the end of February, except during school vacations and end of year celebrations: 1400€ per night

    February, April, May, June, September, October: 1680€ per night

    Privatization 8 rooms (16 persons):

    July, August, November to the end of February, except during school vacations and end of the year: 1680€ per night

    February, April, May, June, September, October: 1980€ per night

    Weeks from December 17th to January 7th:
    2480€ per night

  • How the reservation works

    -If you like the villa, you can fill in your information via our booking form.We will check availability again with the owner.
    Then we will send you a payment request by e-mail with the booking details.-You will be able to pay the deposit and you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

    -Non-refundable deposit to be paid to Marrakech Best Of at the time of booking: 50% by credit card.

    -50% remaining to be paid by bank transfer maximum 45 days before arrival.

    -After receiving the deposit, you will be put in touch with the owner who will send you the location and who will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on site, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    -We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do …

  • Owner's Regulations

    -A deposit is required: 2500€ in cash which will be returned to the tenants at the end of the stay if no breakage is noted. If a breakage is noticed, the amount of the damages will be paid to the owner.

    -The passports of the customers will be required at the arrival.

    Check-in : 4:00 pm – Check-out : 12:00 pm

    -It is forbidden to bring guests into the property.

    -It is forbidden to bring drugs or other illegal substances into the property.

    -No smoking inside the villa.

    -Outdoor music is tolerated within reason.

    -It is forbidden to offer subletting.

    -Small animals are not allowed.

    -An employee of the property will always be at the residence to guarantee the security of the villa (guard).

    If the listed conditions are not respected, the tenants will have to leave the property without any refund.

  • Services with participation

    -Cook: Menus are à la carte, the brochure is available in the “menu” tab.
    Lunch formula: 25€ per person (from noon to 2:30 pm)
    Dinner formula: 35€ per person (from 7pm to 9:30pm)
    Full board: 49€ per person
    Daily drink package (sparkling water, sodas, iced tea, coffee..): 5€ per person

    -Heated pool: 2 days of pre-heating at 200€ then 100€ per day.

    -Washing machine: 20€ per machine.

    -Extra bed for child: 60€ per day.

    -Hammam, massages, well being services à la carte.

    -Delivery of wine & spirits by a partner wine merchant. The Villa Ocre does not sell alcohol.

  • Conditions of cancellation

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The reservation deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. However, a credit note of 18 months will be given to you in order to postpone your stay in the villa, subject to the availability of the property.
