  • How to make a reservation

    – If you like the flat, you can fill in your details via our booking form.

    -We will check availability again with the owner.

    Then we’ll send you a request for payment by email with the booking details.

    -You can pay the deposit and you will receive a receipt of payment by email. Non-refundable deposit to be paid to the Marrakech Best Of partner at the time of booking:

    20 % by bank transfer
    80% remaining to be paid on arrival by cash

    -After receiving the deposit, our partner will send you the location and will be at your disposal for any particular request concerning the villa.

    -The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on the spot.

    -If you wish to pay in dirhams on the spot, the exchange rate of the day will be applied.

    – We will remain at your disposal throughout your stay to advise you on the best of Marrakech and to book your activities, drivers, restaurants, swimming pools, things to do…

    Departure : 12:00

    Respect for the neighbourhood

    No animals

    No parties or evening entertainment

    Smokers are only allowed to smoke on the terrace

    No unmarried mixed couples allowed

    ONLY FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES (NO SINGLE MEN)

  • Services with participation

    – Cleaning fee: 30 euros to be paid in cash on the spot

    – Arrival 24 hours a day, however for arrivals after 8pm a supplement of 15€ will be charged at check-in

  • Cancellation conditions

    -All requests for changes and cancellations must be made by email.

    -The 20% booking deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation.
